Water-soluble food colouring is water-soluble.
It can therefore be used to colour ice creams and desserts, fine bakery products, as well as confectionery, creams, pastillages and baked pastries, such as meringues, macaroons and various cake doughs. This colourant is also ideal for decorating and coating confectionery and pastries.
Ready-to-use and easy to use, simply add it as is to a liquid preparation, or dilute it before incorporating it into a more substantial paste.
Ingredients: medicinal vegetal charcoal E153 (100%)
Indicative/advisable dosage: 4 to 5 g/kg of preparation. Maximum dosage: quantum satis.
Colouring agent for food use. Do not ingest as is.
Can be airbrushed, diluted in boiled water or food-grade alcohol.
Do not inhale the powder. Do not ingest as is. Keep out of reach of children.
Good to know:
In pastry-making, white and black are the most difficult colours to obtain. To obtain the best possible black, we recommend using black colouring in an already dark preparation.
If you use it in a white or light-coloured preparation (e.g. meringue), your preparation will be grey or dark grey.
