Patisdécor water-soluble colouring powders are suitable for use in biscuit and pastry making.
Water-soluble dyes are suitable for colouring sugar and marzipan-based products and for colouring macaroons, pastillages, cakes, buttercream and whipped cream.
Mint green food colouring can be added to liquid pastry as it is, or to more substantial pastry (marzipan or sugar paste), diluting it before incorporation.
It can be used with an airbrush: dilute it in boiled water or food-grade alcohol.
Maximum dosage for confectionery: 0.41 g/kg max; Fine bakery: 0.29 g/kg; Ice cream and desserts: 0.22 g/kg.
Ingredients: E102 E131 colourings, dextrose.
E102 may have undesirable effects on children’s attention and activity.
Colouring agent for food use. Do not ingest as is.
