In this professional convection oven, you can prepare oven dishes, bake cakes and even cook chicken. Thanks to the hot air flowing through the oven, the food becomes light and crispy. In addition, this oven is also suitable for roasting potatoes, vegetables and meat. For delicate meat dishes, on the other hand, use a lower temperature to cook the food slowly. The door with double athermal glass can be easily removed to access your food. The heat is distributed efficiently throughout the interior and the oven is also equipped with a steam function for steaming food.

Equipped with four plates

The convection oven comes with four 60 x 40 cm baking trays that fit perfectly inside the oven. The distance between the trays is 8 cm. You can easily control the oven using the analog buttons. It is also equipped with a thermostat for temperatures from 0 to 300 ºC. Light indicators show when the oven has reached the right temperature. You can set the baking time from 0 to 120 minutes using the adjustable timer. In addition, it is a durable model thanks to its stainless steel construction and enameled inner oven chamber.

Stands on rubber feet

Regular cleaning of this convection oven will ensure that all residues can be easily removed. Before you start cleaning, let the oven cool down well. Then clean the interior with a damp cloth. Removing stubborn dirt is easy: fill a bowl with water and place it in the oven at a temperature of approximately 200 ºC. After steaming, wipe the walls with a damp cloth. Also loosen the door from time to time to clean it properly. The oven stands on four rubber feet for greater stability.
