You can place up to 10 height-adjustable shelves in this refrigerator. It comes standard with 10 sets of guide rails that hold 60 x 40 cm shelves. There is also space to double the volume to 60 x 80 cm. You can order the shelves separately in the online store. This refrigerator is lockable and comes with two keys. If you need to move it to another part of the bakery, this is possible thanks to the four castors, two of which have brakes. It is also easy to see what is inside the refrigerator, as it has energy-saving LED lighting inside.
Accurate temperatures
You can set the exact temperature you need for this refrigerator using the digital temperature controller. There is a range that you can choose from -2 to 8 °C. This professional bakery refrigerator is equipped with a ventilation cooling system with an evaporator. Thanks to the cooling cycle, the formation of ice in the refrigerator is significantly reduced. The refrigerant used is R290, which does not contain Freons. The maximum ambient temperature is 43 °C.
Quick cleaning
Cleaning this refrigerator is almost effortless thanks to its stainless steel interior and exterior. It also has rounded corners on the inside, so dirt cannot accumulate inside. To clean the refrigerator, first turn off the appliance and unplug it. Using a damp cloth and a little mild detergent, you can thoroughly clean all the walls inside and out. You can also wipe the shelves this way. It is important to remember to clean the rubber door seal with each cleaning to keep the refrigerator in the best possible working condition. Dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth before using the refrigerator again.
