Description of Mini Dry Ice Machine
This compact mini dry ice machine with small dimensions can be used anywhere. This carbon dioxide machine can quickly produce dry ice cubes so that you can serve your dishes beautifully and impressively.
Mini Dry Ice Making Machine
This robust mini dry ice machine is made of stainless steel and is easy to use. It can be used to create the famous “fog effect” or as a temporary cooling solution. Dry ice can be used during a power outage or when you need to quickly cool down hot products. With this device, you don’t have to cut the dry ice into smaller blocks because the ice tube is short. This allows you to make perfect blocks of dry ice.
Dry ice machine safety precautions
This mini dry ice maker comes with a carrying case filled with a sealing ring to connect the hose to the CO2 tank, a power adapter for the dry ice maker, safety glasses, and a dry ice cylinder. Working safely with dry ice is important because it can be risky. First, make sure that the CO2 bottle is securely fastened so that it does not shoot out if the hose accidentally comes loose. There is a metal thread on the CO2 bottle inlet hose, which you should also place around the neck of the CO2 bottle. This will prevent the hose from slipping if it comes loose. It is important to wear safety glasses when making dry ice. Place the dry ice bottle on the mini dry ice maker. After taking all safety precautions, you can start operating the device.
Fast production of dry ice
Connect the supply hose to the CO2 cylinder and make sure it is securely connected. Connect the adapter of the mini dry ice maker. Now carefully open the CO2 cylinder a little; this way you can check if carbon dioxide is leaking. If not, you can open the tank completely. Press the red button on the dry ice maker to turn it on. Then press the blue button to start making dry ice. The liquid carbon dioxide will freeze and compress in the dry ice cylinder. After 18 seconds, the machine will automatically stop and create a 5.6 x 2.2 cm block of dry ice. Release the dry ice cylinder by grasping the top ring of the dry ice cylinder. Since the top ring does not freeze, you can hold the dry ice cylinder safely. Then remove the dry ice block from the cylinder. When you are finished making dry ice, turn off the machine and close the CO2 tank.
Cleaning of dry ice production equipment
To extend the life of this mini dry ice maker, it is important to clean it after each use. Make sure the dry ice maker is turned off and unplugged. Once the dry ice maker has made dry ice, wait for any remaining CO2 to evaporate and allow the dry ice maker to reach room temperature before cleaning. Wear gloves when cleaning and do not use water when cleaning; this may lead to ice formation! Clean the outside of the machine and the dry ice cylinder with a slightly damp cloth. Regularly inspect the dry ice maker for wear, such as damaged seals, hoses, or loose parts.
