Description
Since 1964, Bourbon vanilla has benefited from a label awarded to products from Madagascar, the Comoros and Réunion. The vanilla beans selected by Sainte Lucie come from Madagascar, renowned for their aromatic quality. Brilliant and full-bodied, this vanilla gives off a delicate, intense floral fragrance.
Any water pearls inside the tube come naturally from the vanilla pod. They do not alter the organoleptic qualities of the pod. The presence of grains on the product is a guarantee of quality: the vanillin present in the pod crystallises when cold. This phenomenon is reversible. Vanilla returned to room temperature (20°C) becomes black again and the white dots or filaments liquefy.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture before opening.
Directions for use:
Split the clove in half and leave to infuse in the hot milk in your preparation. Scrape out the seeds and disperse in the milk.
