This silicone cake tin is ideal for baking up to 230°C and is perfect for freezing, supporting temperatures down to -40°C.
The flexible silicone makes it easy to remove your cakes from the mould without breaking. You’re guaranteed optimum results and cakes with perfect relief.
You can make inserts for your desserts using a stainless steel ring with a smaller diameter. You can play with flavours and textures by making cakes with a crispy base, fondant inserts, mousse… not forgetting the inevitable mirror icing!
For all your dessert recipes, we offer you our range of couverture chocolate and fruit purées, essential for making inserts and mousses. You can then decorate your desserts with velvet pearl sprays, icing, sugar pearls or even edible gold for your most precious cakes!
