User-friendly control panel
This combi steam oven has powerful stainless steel heating elements that ensure complete and efficient heat distribution, so that meat and fish are cooked evenly. In addition, the combi steam oven is equipped with two fans with a reverse function and double athermal glazing. The door is very easy to adjust and the door seal is made of food-grade silicone. The interior light makes it easy to see how far along you are in the baking process. This appliance comes with a water inlet with a steam valve as well as a water outlet. It is a fully customizable appliance with a simple digital display and touch buttons. There are multiple preset programs with three adjustable phases including steam level, temperature and time. You can set the preset programs using the phase button. The preset program can also be edited and saved in the combi steam oven’s memory.
Effortless cleaning
Before cleaning the combi steamer, it is important to ensure that it has cooled down completely. The cover, door and inner chamber are made of stainless steel and have rounded corners. This makes cleaning very easy. A soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to quickly and thoroughly wipe smooth surfaces. Warm water is sufficient to clean the door glass.
