With this analogue model of combi steamer, you can steam meat, fish or vegetables and preserve vitamins, flavour and colour for longer than with other cooking methods. Steaming also prevents food from drying out and ensures it looks great on your guests’ plates. The combination of hot air and steam makes this combi steamer a versatile kitchen appliance that can replace many kitchen utensils. This combi steamer is ideal for use with 1/1 GN trays or 60 x 40 cm baking trays. The capacity is up to six trays at a time.

Convenient control buttons

This combi steam oven has powerful stainless steel heating elements that ensure complete and efficient heat distribution, so that meat and fish are cooked evenly. In addition, the combi steam oven is equipped with two fans with a reverse function and double athermal glazing. The door is very easy to adjust and the door seal is made of food-grade silicone. The interior light makes it easy to see how far along you are in the baking process. This appliance is equipped with a water inlet with a steam valve, as well as a water outlet. It is a fully customizable appliance with simple analog controls. There is a button to control the timer, temperature range and amount of steam used. There is also a temperature indicator light that shows whether the combi steam oven has reached the set temperature. The last button is used to adjust the steam control.

Easy cleaning

Before cleaning the combi steamer, it is important to ensure that it has cooled down completely. The cover, door and inner chamber are made of stainless steel and have rounded corners. This makes cleaning very easy. A soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to quickly and thoroughly wipe smooth surfaces. Warm water is sufficient to clean the door glass.
