Are you looking for a professional quality chocolate mould that is easy to use and produces shiny Easter chocolates?

Then this 3-part Patisdécor cherry blossom chocolate mould is for you!

This special PET mould (3 parts) is ideal for producing chocolates with greater practicality and precision. It bears a “mark” indicating the quantity of chocolate required, to be placed in the fridge once only.

It’s particularly suitable for pros, as it allows you to get an even shell and perfect finish always with the same weight.

Instructions for use:

100 g melted chocolate + 1 g cocoa butter powder

Melt the chocolate and add the cocoa butter powder. Pour the mixture into each impression in the lower part of the mould, not exceeding the filling line. Tap the mould lightly to remove any air bubbles.
Place the soft parts provided in the cavity (without pressing), then place the upper part of the mould on top and press gently and evenly until the chocolate rises to the edges of the impression.
Turn the mould over and place in the fridge until the chocolate sets (about 12 minutes).
Carefully remove the top part of the mould and the soft parts: your chocolate mouldings are ready!

Before use, we recommend rubbing the mould with a piece of cotton wool.

Before moulding, prepare your chocolate mass well: it should be smooth, finely tuned and free of lumps.

Clean before using for the first time. Clean with non-abrasive soapy water after use. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Avoid pouring too hot, as this may deform the moulds. Do not put in the oven or microwave.
