- VAT varies by country: We operate in different countries where VAT rates may vary. Displaying prices exclusive of VAT enables us to standardise our prices, while leaving it up to our customers to calculate the VAT applicable in their jurisdiction.
- Transparency of costs: By displaying prices exclusive of tax, we enable our customers to better understand and compare the real costs of products, without taxes, which vary from region to region and country to country, clouding the analysis.
How can I find out the price including all taxes?
To find out the price including all taxes (VAT), you can add the VAT rate applicable in your country to the price excluding VAT. The amount of VAT is automatically calculated and added to the total on our site or when you add your final invoice address.
Do the prices shown excluding VAT include other fresh such as delivery?

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method you choose. In general, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days for Slovakia and neighbouring countries, and arrive within 4 to 7 working days for national deliveries and neighbouring countries. International deliveries may take between 5 and 20 working days.
What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and your location, up to 20 kg.
