SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the PoundysPro website, regardless of the country of delivery.
PoundysPro operates exclusively on a B2B basis.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges acting as a professional and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
PRODUCTS
The products offered are professional equipment and materials intended for intensive professional use.
Technical specifications, dimensions, capacities and performance data are provided for information purposes only, based on available data.
In the event of a significant discrepancy, the buyer will be informed before final validation of the order.
ORDER
Orders may be placed via the website www.poundyspro.com, by e-mail, or through a custom quotation.
An order is considered final and binding in the following cases:
validation and payment of a quotation issued by PoundysPro;
direct purchase on the website with valid payment.
No additional written confirmation or deposit is required.
Validation of the quotation or online payment constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ORDER CANCELLATION
As sales are conducted on a B2B basis, no automatic right of withdrawal applies.
Cancellation of a confirmed order is only possible with the seller’s prior written consent and may result in cancellation fees, particularly when the order is already in preparation, processing or shipment.
Orders placed via quotation, professional equipment, business packs and specific products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated excluding taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs, as well as any applicable taxes, customs duties or additional charges, are borne by the buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment must be made according to the terms indicated on the invoice or quotation.
No goods will be shipped without valid payment.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, and logistical or customs constraints.
PoundysPro cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or local authorities.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon receipt of the order, the buyer must immediately check the condition of the packages.
In the event of visible damage, such as damaged packages, impacts or missing parcels, the goods must be accepted with precise written reservations on the carrier’s delivery document.
In the absence of written reservations, no transport-related claim will be accepted.
RETURNS AND MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Returns are accepted only within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty or in the event of proven non-conformity at delivery.
Any return must be subject to prior written authorization.
Each product sold on PoundysPro clearly displays its manufacturer’s warranty period on the product page.
The applicable warranty is exclusively the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with its official conditions, including duration, coverage and exclusions.
PoundysPro does not provide any additional commercial warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper use, including use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, improper installation, lack or insufficient maintenance, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the user.
In the event of an out-of-warranty failure, a repair quotation may be issued.
Symbolic diagnostic fees may apply, in accordance with the manufacturer’s conditions.
The exact amount is always communicated to and approved by the client prior to any intervention.
For deliveries outside the European Union, support is provided primarily through online technical assistance, remote diagnosis and supply of spare parts.
Physical returns of machines are generally not required.
Costs related to spare parts transport, customs formalities and local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
SMALL EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES
Small equipment, accessories, consumables and wear parts are sold without warranty.
They are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of a defect identified upon receipt.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Any after-sales service request must be sent to sav@poundyspro.com.
The request must include the order or invoice number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if necessary.
LIABILITY
PoundysPro cannot be held liable for improper use of products, improper installation, business interruption or financial loss resulting from the use of the equipment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the website, its content, texts or visuals is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Slovak law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
