After-Sales Service – PoundysPro
At PoundysPro, the after-sales service is designed to meet the requirements of professional customers.
Receipt of goods
In the event of visible damage upon delivery (damaged package, impact, or deteriorated packaging):
The goods must be accepted with written reservations.
The note “specific reservation for damaged package” or “missing package” must be clearly stated on the carrier’s delivery document.
A copy of the signed document must be kept by the customer.
Without written reservations, transport insurance cannot be activated.
Defective product under warranty
The equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 12 months, up to 24 months depending on the brand and invoice date).
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Failures occurring during normal use
The warranty does not cover:
Improper use
Incorrect installation
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by the user

Any request must include:
The invoice number
A precise description of the issue
Photos or videos if necessary
