Excellent heat distribution
This robust two-contact grill has excellent heat distribution, which means that food is cooked evenly. Since not all products cook at the same temperature, you can manually adjust the temperature up to 300 ºC. Thanks to the light indicator, the contact grill will let you know exactly when it is hot and you can start cooking. The grill has a practical drip tray to catch any fat that may spill from the food.
Cleaning brush included
The cover and handle are made of high-quality stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean. This also applies to the cast iron grooved baking trays. Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and unplug it. When the trays have cooled down but are still warm, you can clean them using the cleaning brush provided and a little warm water. Do not use a scouring pad or aggressive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the plates. After cleaning, dry the contact grid with a soft cloth. The rubber feet ensure that the contact grid remains firmly in place.
