Description Premium Deep Fryer

You can use this fryer in a cooking line and expand it with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door. The top is seamlessly welded and the monoblock fryer has a volume of 2 x 22 liters for frying large portions of snacks, chips, vegetables, fish and other products.
With pilot flame
This powerful fryer runs on gas (LPG or natural gas) and can be set to a temperature between 110 and 190⁰C. Thanks to its ergonomic and hygienic design, it is easy to operate. For safety, a safety gas valve with thermocouple is built in. In addition, the fryer is equipped with a pilot light. The fryer is also equipped with a drain tap for easy removal of the frying oil. The fryer comes standard with a lid and a stainless steel frying basket.
Easy cleaning
All parts of the fryer are made of stainless steel. Combined with rounded corners, this ensures easy cleaning of the appliance and better hygiene. The stainless steel cover can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frying basket and lid can be soaked in warm soapy water. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth and the fryer is ready for use again.
