Built-in LED lighting
Thanks to the static cooling system, the products in this 52-liter tapas display case stay cool. In addition, the display case has a foamed evaporator and uses the refrigerant R600a, which does not contain CFCs. The unique cooling cycle ensures that ice formation in the display case is reduced. Thanks to the DIXELL digital temperature control, the temperature can be set between 0 and 12⁰C. The interior of the tapas display case has built-in LED lighting that presents the products in the best possible way.
Equipped with an anti-condensation system
An anti-condensation system has been built in and the cabinet stands on adjustable feet, so it can be placed on any surface. The contents of the sushi cabinet are constantly changing and have a visible place in your catering establishment, so it is important to keep it clean. First, turn off the cabinet. Clean the inside with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Use very little water to prevent condensation and ice formation in the sushi cabinet. Clean the outside and glass in the same way. The GN containers are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
