When displaying fresh produce in the fridge or transporting food, you need a lot of flake (crushed) ice. With this professional ice maker, you can produce up to 130 kg of crushed ice per day. You can also store 40 kg of ice in the ice maker itself, so you have fresh ice available all day long. The crushed ice machine comes with a practical ice scoop so you can remove the ice from the container in the most hygienic way possible. It is an ideal under-counter model, which means that this ice maker can easily be placed under a bar or counter.
Air-cooled machine
As this flake ice machine is air-cooled, it is important that there is enough space at the back for air circulation. To ensure good work safety, the appliance is equipped with overload protection. The supplied hoses can be used to connect the crusher to the drinking water supply. The water tank is then filled automatically, so that the ice maker can continuously produce new crushed ice without you having to do anything. The ice maker is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. The efficient cooling system ensures high quality ice and the refrigerant used is R290. Any faults are displayed on the user-friendly control panel, so you can see when the appliance has a fault, whether the tank is full or if the water level is too low.
Easy cleaning
When making ice, the ice maker must be firmly in a stable and safe position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it will stay exactly in place on almost any surface. Cleaning the ice maker is also easy thanks to the materials it is made of. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can clean everything quickly and thoroughly with just a damp cloth with a little detergent. Then simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth and only then start it again.
