Description Professional slow juicer
This Maxima slow juicer gently squeezes fruits and vegetables, preserving important nutrients while extracting more juice than traditional juicers. Its slow operation also ensures that the juice retains a higher nutritional value and is suitable for professional use.
Quality juice
A slow juicer works by using a gentle pressing motion. Since the ingredients are pressed and crushed slowly, less heat is generated. This helps to preserve essential nutrients such as vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants, ensuring the juice has a higher nutritional value and stays fresher for longer. The slow pressing method also maximizes the juice extraction from fruits and vegetables. While some juicers struggle with leafy greens, this slow juicer effectively processes spinach, kale and celery, making it ideal for green juices. However, it may face problems with harder produce, which should be cut into smaller pieces for better processing. This means that the slow juicer can also be used to juice carrots, beetroot, celery, etc.
Easy to use
This plastic slow juicer with a wide and stable design is the perfect addition to any kitchen, offering precise juice extraction for fresh, nutrient-rich drinks. Its operation is simple and user-friendly. First, place the desired fruit or vegetable into the opening and close the lid securely. The juicer will not operate unless the lid is closed properly. Slide the power button up to start juicing. Use the plastic food pusher to direct the ingredients to the pressing system. The juice is collected in the 0.8 liter container, while the pulp is separated into its own compartment. The 1.0 liter pulp container has a large capacity to collect pulp. The opening can become blocked if the pulp does not fall into the container easily. Slide the switch down to activate the reverse function, which will release any blockage. To continue juicing, slide the switch up again.
Cleaning a slow juicer
After use, it is essential to clean the slow juicer properly. First, turn off the juicer and unplug it. Remove and empty the juice and pulp containers. Disconnect the food inlet, pressing chamber, spiral and filter screen. Wash all parts with warm water and a mild detergent. For easier cleaning, remove the rubber plug from the juice container. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the outside of the appliance. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble the juicer.
