Water-soluble food colouring is water-soluble.
It can therefore be used to colour ice creams and desserts, fine bakery products, as well as confectionery, creams, pastillages and baked pastries such as meringues, macaroons and various cake doughs. This colourant is also ideal for decorating and coating confectionery and pastries.
Ready-to-use and easy to use, simply add it as is to a liquid preparation, or dilute it before incorporating it into a more substantial pastry.
